Thanks to BISSELL Pet Foundation's "Fix the Future" Initiative and Pet Friendly Services, we are proud to offer Low-Cost Cat Spay/Neuter services to residents of Fulton, Starke, Miami, Kosciusko, Marshall, Pulaski and Cass Counties in Indiana.
Several times a month, our adoption building is transformed into a sterile surgery suite, allowing approximately 45 cat spay/neuters to be performed right here at our shelter!

Ear-tipped cats are protected by Fulton County ordinance. An ear tip is a universal marker that says "I've been vaccinated, spayed/neutered and belong right where I am."

NO food after midnight the night before. Water is okay.

Feral/Fractious cats must come in humane traps only with newspaper or puppy pad lining the bottom of the trap.

NO food or water in the cat carriers

All cats must arrive in clean, secure cat carrier. If you are bringing multiple cats, each cat must have their own carrier. Cats can't be in the same carrier.

Line the bottom of carrier with puppy pads, newspaper or an old but clean towel
Please note: Do not place anything in the carrier that you want back. Any towels, blankets, clothing placed inside the carrier will be thrown away. Cats often urinate/deficate and sometimes bleed post-surgery. Puppy pads are changed through out the day.
