FCAC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and the only animal shelter serving Fulton County, Indiana.
We take in the county's lost, abandoned, and surrendered dogs & cats, providing them with compassionate care, medical attention, and a second chance at life.
As a no-kill shelter, we're proud to have a 97.5% save rate for dogs and 94.7% save rate for cats in 2024. Beyond adoptions, we serve our community through a Low-Cost Vaccine Clinic (open to everyone) and a Low-Cost Cat Spay/Neuter Clinic open to Fulton County, Miami County and Starke County residents.
Our mission is to educate, inspire, and empower responsible pet ownership, keeping pets happy, healthy, and home.
We take animals by appointment only
We are consistently operating at or over capacity. We must plan head to ensure we have space and resources available for each animal.
